Ben and I are just waiting for a train to Liverpool to check that the pubs on our Liverpool Spiral picture are all open and running as they should be. People out there may not know, but we take this part of the job very seriously and schedule in research trips like this to all our spiral picture cities - Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Glasgow etc. it’s hard work but someone has to do it and it’s important to the people who Iive there, studied there or just love the place that we get these right so they can make for special gifts when it matters!
