The Pubs of York (2021)

A selection of York's most famous and historic drinking spots drawn in a unique graphic style by Ben Staves

It was once said there were 365 pubs within the York walls. Well there aren’t anymore and neither are there in our York Spiral! 

However, there are still many excellent bars in York and a good number of them have been included in Ben’s York spiral picture including “The York Tap”, “House of the Trembling Madness” and “The Roman Bath”. 

Ben has also found room to blow his own trumpet by drawing our stall, peeking out under the banner for the Shambles Market. 

This picture would make a great present for participants of the many hen and stag parties that find themselves in York or for anyone with an attachment to York and its many hostelries! 

Please note that a frame is not included. All our prints include a mountboard border and a backboard. This is sealed in a protective sleeve and delivered flat, ready to frame. International orders will be sent rolled in a poster tube without a mountboard border.

Ideal for a large feature wall space whether it’s in the living room, games room or even over the bed! They can also be put on the wall outside next to the bar (shed!).

Our aluminium prints are all made to order, available in two sizes for the square, globe and spirals series of pictures and two sizes for the rectangular, sports maps. Easily fixed to the wall using picture hanging strips or screwed on if you prefer.
